Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your upcoming lesson for any reason, you must give up to 24 hour notice in order to not pay for the lesson. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full lesson rate. Payment Policies All lessons require payment on the day the lesson is taken. Late payments may result in losing your time slot Venmo is the preferred form of payment. Jack will send a Venmo request on the day of the lesson. Please fulfill it as soon as it arrives. Jack's Venmo handle is @jackwilkins215 Cash/Check is allowed. Please let Jack know ahead of time to avoid receiving a Venmo request Lesson Expectations Please arrive 5 mins early to your lesson so that we can start on time. You are paying for your time slot, not number of minutes. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time Please bring sheet music or lyrics to each lesson Please practice in between lessons to assure we are moving forward at a reasonable rate
